Established in 2016 by Jack Hansen, Hansen's Renovations initially specialized in small-scale projects as a 'self-performing' contractor. Recognizing the growing demand for more integrated, client-centric services, we evolved to embrace a design-build approach. This strategic shift enables us to deliver comprehensive solutions, ensuring every facet of a project aligns seamlessly with our clients’ visions and lifestyles.

In 2020, Jack's wife Lori joined us full-time and obtained NC & SC General Contractors licenses, allowing us to undertake larger projects and expand our service offerings. In 2021, Emily Davis, Lori's sister, joined, completing our dynamic team. Together, we complement each other's strengths, focusing on what we do best.

Lori, Jack, and Emily are passionate about construction and making each project as smooth as possible. Their combination of skills and experience mean they will deliver high quality custom solutions for every project, large and small.

Hansen’s Renovations is a family run business – Lori and Emily are sisters and Jack and Lori are married – they strive to treat each project as if it were in their own home.
