1. Getting to Know You
Initial communication/phone consultation, email
Project discussion - make sure we are a fit/general budget agreement
2. Design Planning
In-home visit
Sharing of vision/ideas
Scope and budget estimate email, review/approve
Design & project development agreement - this is a formal professional service agreement for planning your project
3. Space Planning and Selections:
Space plan layout/CAD, engineering or architectural drawings
Final selections by client and designer
Detailed estimate delivery from contractor, review/approve
Residential remodeling agreement - this is a formal professional service agreement for executing your project
4. Development & Construction
Permitting, county plan submission & review
Sourcing and procurement of selections
Project management & construction phase begins, timeline dependent on contractor schedule and material availability
